How do I cancel or amend my booking?

Log into your account and navigate to "My Bookings." Select the booking you wish to change and use the cancel or amend options. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
