How do I book online Christmas party transport?

Is there any requirement to have an account to book?

When should I make my Christmas party bus booking?

As early as possible. The busiest time of the year, and the second and third weekends are the most popular. Bookings are accepted 12 months ahead, and on the day of the event if the operator is available.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. All prices listed are economy fares and include VAT: no booking fees, no service charges, and no hidden extras at check-out.

Should I expect to pay more due to the season of the year December?

No. There is no peak price or surge pricing. If journey conditions change after booking, such as traffic and road closures, the quoted fare will not increase after the booking.

When do you receive the payment?

We use a secure payment processor called Stripe for payment. There’s no need for anyone to pay the driver when they get home at the end of the day.

What forms of payment do you take?

Do you accept a discount code?

Yes. Promotional codes are used at the time of purchase and have their own terms of use. Only one code can be used for each booking.

Can I cancel my Christmas party booking?

Yes, and the refund is dependent on the notice that you give. A full refund will be given within 5-7 working days if it’s more than 24 hours before pick-up time. Refunds of 50 per cent are given between 2 and 24 hours before. No-shows on the night, or less than 2 hours before, are not refundable.

What happens if the operator cancels on me?

A full refund, as well as an inconvenience credit of £10, is given.

How can I cancel or change a booking?

If you are a customer, there is no need to log in or contact the airportridesuk.com support team; you can go to My Bookings in your account. Refunds are issued through the same payment method as the initial payment was received.

How will I be able to confirm my booking?

You will receive an e-mail and text message confirmation upon check-out. This confirmation would be an agreement that you made with the operator for this trip.

When can I get my driver’s information?

Two hours before pick-up, the driver’s name, vehicle registration number, and contact number are provided.

What is the time allotment?

Standard pick-ups have a waiting time allowance of 15 minutes. At airports, the allotment is sixty minutes from the confirmed time of landing.

Do you think it’s possible to include an additional stop at night?

If the journey changes, or additional stops are requested, these stops may be charged for an increase in value and will be agreed with the driver on the spot.

Do they have an age restriction for bookings?

Yes. The platform is accessible to people 18 years of age or older, and a booking can be made only by a person aged 18 or older than 18 years.

Is it possible to hire the Christmas party buses on a business account?

Yes. You can register corporate account information and bill them on a corporate account. If you are booking for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

What if it all goes wrong on the night?

Bring it to our support team, admin@airportridesuk.com, within 48 hours of the trip. We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve within 10 working days. If we are unable to resolve it informally, you can take the matter up to the CEDR alternative dispute resolution scheme.

Do Child seats fit in?

Please check and confirm availability and if there are any charges for this. If available: include: ask when booking for them to be in the right seat.

Do your drivers have licenses and check papers?

Yes. Before accepting any booking, each operator on the platform completes a compliance review of 12 points, including insurance for their private airport transfer licenses and checking the background of their drivers.
